01Who may use Prepkunj

Our programs are designed for school students and exam aspirants. If the student is a minor, a parent or guardian must accept these terms and complete enrolment on the student's behalf.

02Accounts and access

• •Accounts are personal. Login credentials must not be shared, resold or used by more than one learner.
• •You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential.
• •We may suspend an account where credentials are shared, content is redistributed, or conduct disrupts a class.

03Enrolment, fees and schedules

• •Course fees, duration, teaching hours and batch size are shown on each course page and confirmed at enrolment.
• •Live batches are capped at 20 students; timetables are published before a batch begins.
• •We may reschedule an occasional session for academic or operational reasons and will provide a replacement class or recording.

04Use of course content

Notes, recordings, test papers, question banks and Learning Hub articles are provided for your personal preparation only. Recording, downloading for redistribution, uploading to other platforms, or commercial reuse of our material is not permitted.

05Free resources

Self-study notes, chapter tests, previous-year papers and Learning Hub content are offered free of charge and may be updated, moved or withdrawn. Live classes, recordings and personal mentoring are available only in paid programs.

06Academic outcomes

We provide teaching, material, tests and mentoring. Examination results depend on each student's effort and preparation, so no rank, score or admission outcome is guaranteed.

07Conduct in live classes

• •Be respectful to teachers and fellow students in class, chat and doubt forums.
• •Do not share unrelated promotional links or disruptive content in class channels.
• •Repeated misconduct may lead to removal from a batch without refund.

08Third-party links

Some pages link to external resources such as official exam bulletins, NCERT files or college websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.

09Changes and governing law

We may revise these terms and will update the date shown above. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
