Programme overview: Class 9–12 foundation to JEE Advanced level

Gulf students rarely need "more content" — they need a sequence that respects their school calendar. Our JEE programme runs on a single spine: board chapter → JEE Main level → JEE Advanced level, so CBSE or ICSE preparation and entrance preparation move together.

Class 9 & 10 Foundation (CBSE / ICSE)

  • NCERT / ICSE syllabus taught to board depth first
  • Early exposure to Olympiad and NTSE-style reasoning
  • Habit building: daily practice log and weekly test

Class 11 — JEE Main foundation

  • Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Physical & Organic Chemistry, Algebra, Calculus
  • Board chapter first, then JEE Main level, then Advanced level problems
  • Chapterwise PYQ sets and monthly cumulative tests

Class 12 — Main + Advanced push

  • Electrodynamics, Modern Physics, Coordination Chemistry, Integral Calculus, Vectors 3D
  • Weightage-first revision cycles before your Gulf school pre-boards
  • Full-syllabus mocks in real exam windows with mark vs percentile analysis

Dropper / Repeater track

  • Diagnostic first: where the previous attempt lost marks
  • Kota-style discipline with a Gulf-friendly daily timetable
  • Two revision rounds plus a dedicated PYQ marathon

Not sure which track fits your child's current level? Take the free level-check test or book a free trial class and decide after seeing a real lesson.

Time-zone friendly live classes built around Gulf school hours

India-based batches usually start at a time that lands mid-afternoon or late night in the Gulf. We run dedicated Gulf slots instead, with the same faculty and the same syllabus pace.

DASA & CIWG quota guidance for NRI JEE aspirants

Most Gulf families lose seats not to marks but to paperwork — a missing foreign-study certificate, an income proof that arrives after the portal closes, or the assumption that DASA also covers IITs (it does not). Here is the plain comparison our counsellors walk through with every family.

Important: DASA eligibility rules, accepted score type and fee slabs are revised by the coordinating institute every admission cycle. Treat the table above as an orientation, and confirm every clause against the current official DASA brochure before you apply — our counsellors do this with you at no cost, and we never guarantee a seat or a quota outcome.

JEE Advanced eligibility for NRI students

IIT admission runs on JEE Advanced merit, not on DASA. NRI, OCI and foreign-national candidates appear for JEE Advanced after qualifying through JEE Main (or through the separate foreign-national route notified in the JEE Advanced information brochure), subject to the attempt and Class 12 year conditions in force that year. If an IIT is the goal, plan for JEE Advanced from Class 11 — DASA is a parallel safety net for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs, not a substitute.

Study material & methodology: PYQs, weightage and 1-on-1 doubt solving

Chapterwise PYQ practice

Graded past-year question sets for JEE Main and Advanced after every chapter, ordered by historical weightage so high-yield chapters get more reps.

Revision cycles start from the chapters that repeatedly carry the most marks, with a mark vs percentile read-out after each full-syllabus mock.

Small batches & 1-on-1 doubts

Group batches capped at 20 students, plus scheduled 1-on-1 doubt slots — the fix for numerical-heavy Physics and Organic mechanisms.

Test series in exam windows

Mocks are conducted in real JEE session windows in your local time, so exam-day stamina is trained, not guessed.

Every enrolled student also gets our free Self Study library — chapter notes and 30-question chapter tests for JEE, NEET, BITSAT, IISER/IAT and CBSE/ICSE. Browse the Self Study section.

JEE for Gulf / NRI students — frequently asked questions

How does the DASA quota work for JEE Main and NIT admissions?

DASA (Direct Admission of Students Abroad) is a supernumerary channel for NRI, PIO/OCI and foreign-national students seeking BTech seats in NITs, IIITs and other GFTIs. For recent cycles, candidates apply through the central DASA portal with a valid JEE Main score (or SAT Subject-equivalent score in years where DASA permits it), 60% or 5.0 CGPA aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in Class 12, and proof that Class 11 and 12 were studied abroad where required. DASA seats are separate from the general All India Quota, so a Gulf student can be considered for both. Because eligibility documents and the accepted score type change from year to year, our counsellors verify the current DASA brochure with each family before you finalise your exam strategy.

Is CIWG different from the DASA NRI category?

Yes. CIWG (Children of Indian Workers in the Gulf) is a fee-concession sub-category inside DASA for children of Indian workers in Gulf countries. Tuition is charged at a reduced rate compared with the standard DASA fee, subject to an income ceiling and employment proof from the Gulf country. Seats in the CIWG pool are limited and allocated within DASA counselling rounds, so documentation must be complete before the portal closes.

Are your JEE live classes timed for UAE, Saudi and Qatar school hours?

Yes. Gulf batches run in the evening in local time — typically 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm GST/AST — so students attend after school and after homework, not at 4:00 am. Every class is recorded and released the same night, so a family trip, an exam week at a Gulf CBSE school, or a Ramadan schedule never means a missed chapter.

Can a Gulf student manage CBSE or ICSE board prep along with JEE preparation?

That is exactly how our Class 11 and 12 Gulf batches are sequenced. We teach the NCERT chapter first at board depth, then extend the same chapter to JEE Main level and finally to JEE Advanced level problems. Board-focused revision and PYQ solving are scheduled in the weeks before your school pre-boards, so one syllabus feeds the other instead of competing with it.

How do you use JEE Main chapterwise PYQs and syllabus weightage?

Every chapter closes with a graded PYQ set drawn from past JEE Main and Advanced papers, sequenced by historical weightage so high-yield chapters such as Current Electricity, Coordination Compounds and Calculus get more practice time and more mock-test appearances. Students receive the chapterwise weightage sheet and a PYQ log that shows which question types they still lose marks on.

What batch size do you keep, and is 1-on-1 available from the Gulf?

Group batches are capped at 20 students so doubts can be answered live. Families who want a fully personalised plan — custom timings, custom pace, and a dedicated mentor — can take our 1-on-1 premium track instead, which is popular with Gulf students balancing school exams, DASA paperwork and JEE preparation in the same year.
