Refund & Cancellation Policy

01Try before you pay

Every program includes a free demo class, and our self-study notes, chapter tests and Learning Hub resources are free to use. We encourage you to attend a demo and review the material before making any payment.

02Group batch programs

• •Cancellation before your batch starts: fees are refunded after deducting any registration or material charges already incurred.
• •Cancellation after your batch starts: a pro-rata refund is calculated on classes already delivered, plus any study material issued.
• •Refunds are not available once a substantial part of the program has been delivered or when an account is suspended for misconduct.

031-on-1 premium hours

Premium hours are billed hourly. Unused, unscheduled hours can be refunded on request. A scheduled session cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice is treated as consumed, as the mentor slot is reserved for you.

04Cancellations by Prepkunj

If we cancel a batch or cannot provide a replacement class or recording for a session we missed, the affected fee is refunded in full.

05How to request a refund

• •Include the student name, program, payment date and reason for the request.
• •We acknowledge the request and confirm the decision and amount in writing.

06Processing time

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. The amount usually reflects within 7 to 10 working days of approval, subject to your bank or payment provider.

07Non-refundable items

• •Printed or shipped study material that has already been dispatched.
• •Payment gateway or bank charges deducted on the original transaction.
• •Free resources, since no payment is collected for them.
