• Start from the current official information, not last year's assumptions.
• Convert every insight into a weekly action — a chapter, a set of questions or a test.
• Review with data: accuracy per chapter, time per question, and repeated error types.
• Fix the process once, then keep it stable for at least four weeks before changing it again.
